Ingredients
- 10 cubes Ice More-or-less depending on size
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 1 cup Pineapple Fresh
- Water Add to achieve desired consistency
- Peach Chunks Frozen
Instructions

Rinse spinach and kale well.

Remove avocado pit and skin.

Place 1 cup water and all ingredients in blender.

Blend at medium speed until desired consistency is achieved.

If smoothie is too thick, add more water.
