  • 10 cubes Ice More-or-less depending on size
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 Avocado Ripe
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh
  • Water Add to achieve desired consistency
  • Peach Chunks Frozen


  1. Rinse spinach and kale well.

  2. Remove avocado pit and skin.

  3. Place 1 cup water and all ingredients in blender.

  4. Blend at medium speed until desired consistency is achieved.

  5. If smoothie is too thick, add more water.
