Carefully chop Kale and Spinach and put into a bowl

Add a pinch of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, diced artichokes, turmeric, lemon pepper, basil, and rosemary
Add Thousand Island dressing
Add balsamic vinegar
Add swiss cheese
For more protein add hard boiled egg, turkey, or tuna
