  • 3 cups Organic Spinach
  • 1 cup Organic Kale
  • 1 cup Organic Broccoli
  • 2 stalks Organic Celery
  • 1 medium Organic Tomato


  1. Carefully chop Kale and Spinach and put into a bowl

  2. Add a handful of celery, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, and carrots

  3. Add a pinch of walnuts

  4. (If you're feeling skinny) add a pinch of banana chips

  5. Add a pinch of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, diced artichokes, turmeric, lemon pepper, basil, and rosemary

  6. Add Thousand Island dressing

  7. Add balsamic vinegar

  8. Add swiss cheese

  9. For more protein add hard boiled egg, turkey, or tuna
